Terms & Conditions
These terms explain use of RentHubMP.lk, a vehicle rental, hire and travel-service marketplace.
Marketplace role
RentHubMP connects customers with independent vehicle owners or service providers for rental, hire, airport transfers, weddings, safari tours and other listed services. A listing or booking request does not mean RentHubMP owns, insures or operates the listed vehicle. The individual contract for hire should be agreed between customer and provider, unless RentHubMP explicitly states otherwise.
Accounts and accurate information
Users must give accurate contact and booking information, use the service lawfully, and must not impersonate another party, post fake requests, interfere with the service or misuse contact details.
Listings and owner duties
Owners must have lawful authority to advertise and rent their vehicles, keep registration and relevant licences and insurance in order, maintain safe vehicles, and disclose accurate capacity, prices, availability, restrictions and conditions. RentHubMP may review, reject or remove misleading or unlawful listings.
Booking and availability
A request is not a confirmed reservation until accepted by the relevant owner. Owners and customers should confirm dates, pickup/drop-off points, passenger counts, included services, fuel, mileage and any deposit before the hire begins.
Prices and direct payments
Advertised prices may depend on dates, location, package and inclusions. If a listing says Call for Pricing & Inquiries, the parties must agree the final amount before booking. RentHubMP does not guarantee a payment or refund that it did not collect or agree to process.
Safety and lawful service
Renters must hold any legally required driving authorisation and follow the rental agreement and traffic rules. Providers of safari, elephant-tour and other regulated activities must obtain applicable permissions, follow wildlife and visitor-safety rules, and avoid animal cruelty.
Cancellations, disputes and rights
Read the Booking & Cancellation Policy and individual provider rules before booking. Contact the provider promptly about cancellations or disagreements. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Sri Lankan law.
Service and policy changes
Availability and site functionality may change. Important amendments to these terms will be published with an updated effective date; terms that governed an already accepted transaction remain subject to applicable law.

Owner Listing Policy
Additional conditions for owners advertising vehicles and travel services on RentHubMP.lk.
Authority and condition
You must own the vehicle or have valid permission to offer it for rent or hire. Provide truthful model, year, photos, number, location, capacity, features and working condition, together with permits, inspection or hire insurance where required.
Accurate rental offers
Every listing must describe hire or tour services, not a vehicle sale. Show the rental unit and any limits, driver charges, waiting time, fuel, taxes, deposits or extra-distance charges. Do not use misleading prices or stock images of a different vehicle.
Booking responsibilities
Check availability before approving a booking. Contact the renter about safe handover, pickup time, identification requirements and return arrangements. Only mark a booking confirmed when you can honour it; manual booking entries must correspond to real arrangements.
Airport and wedding services
Enable these services only for suitable vehicles and disclose driver availability, passenger and luggage limits, waiting charges, decoration arrangements and other inclusions before confirming.
Safari and experience services
Describe park/area, vehicle type, tour length, pickup point, whether guide or experienced driver is included, tickets, fuel and other inclusions/exclusions. Never guarantee wildlife sightings or offer unlawful or harmful animal interactions.
Cancellations and complaints
Communicate promptly if unavailable, propose a fair resolution and comply with applicable consumer protections and commitments you made. Keep booking/customer personal data confidential and use it only for the agreed service.
Monitoring and enforcement
RentHubMP may hide or suspend inaccurate, unsafe or illegal advertisements, subject to a fair process where appropriate. Owners remain responsible for complying with applicable Sri Lankan law.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please review how booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, refunds and disputes work.
Request versus confirmation
Sending a booking request does not reserve the vehicle by itself. Only the owner’s acceptance or confirmation confirms a hire. An owner may add a genuine manual booking for previously agreed dates.
Confirm important details
Before payment or handover, verify start/end dates, pickup and return location, number of passengers, vehicle, driver arrangement, licence requirements, rental rate, deposit and additional charges.
Cancellation before pickup
Customers should contact the vehicle owner immediately. Applicable cancellation fees and refunds depend on the disclosed owner agreement, any payment processor rules and legal consumer rights. Do not assume that every booking has free cancellation.
Owner cancellation or no-show
If an owner cancels, cannot supply the agreed vehicle or fails to appear, the parties should document the issue and agree a lawful refund or alternative arrangement. RentHubMP may help relay complaints but cannot promise a refund of money it did not handle.
Airport, wedding and tour bookings
Confirm waiting times, weather/park restrictions, driver/guide, event timing, park tickets, fuel and any non-refundable third-party costs ahead of time. Safety restrictions and lawful park closures must be respected.
Deposits, damage and disputes
Security deposits, damage assessments, extensions and late returns should be agreed in writing before handover. Keep proof of payment, booking confirmation and communication. Contact renthubmp@gmail.com for platform complaints.
No exclusion of statutory rights
This policy does not displace mandatory Sri Lankan consumer law or other applicable protections. The displayed provider terms cannot override rights that law makes non-waivable.
Privacy Policy
How RentHubMP.lk processes personal information used for listings, enquiries and bookings.
Information collected
Depending on use, we may collect owner names, NIC or verification details, contact and WhatsApp numbers, vehicle information, listing photos, customer names, contact details, dates, booking and message records, and security/technical logs.
Purpose and basis
Information is used to operate the marketplace, review adverts, identify owners, route rental enquiries, process bookings, help customers and owners communicate, manage safety and fraud risks and meet lawful obligations. Where consent or another legal basis is required, we follow the applicable rule.
Sharing and external services
Booking information needed to provide a hire may be shared between the involved customer and owner. WhatsApp and hosting or email providers may process information according to their own policies. We do not publish an owner NIC as part of a public listing.
Security and access
Access should be limited to authorised people and systems. We use reasonable security measures, though no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive documents in messages.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for marketplace operations, legitimate dispute handling, applicable compliance or legal obligations. You may request correction, access or deletion when available under applicable law; some records may need to be retained.
Your choices and rights
Contact renthubmp@gmail.com for privacy enquiries, access, correction or deletion requests. Website/browser notification permission can be disabled through your device settings. Not every request for deletion can override legitimate legal retention.
Updates
We may update this notice with a revised date and explain significant changes where required. Read this policy again when submitting new information.

RentHubMP.lk යනු වාහන කුලියට ගැනීම, Hire සහ සංචාරක සේවා සම්බන්ධ කරන වෙළෙඳපොළකි. භාවිතයට පෙර මෙම නියමයන් කියවන්න.
වෙබ් අඩවියේ කාර්යභාරය
RentHubMP ස්වාධීන වාහන හිමිකරුවන් සහ පාරිභෝගිකයන් සම්බන්ධ කරයි. වාහනයේ අයිතිය, රක්ෂණය සහ සේවා සැපයීම අදාළ හිමිකරු සතුය. වෙනම ප්රකාශ කර නොමැති නම් කුලී ගිවිසුම පාරිභෝගිකයා හා සේවා සපයන්නා අතර වේ.
නිවැරදි තොරතුරු
සියලු පරිශීලකයන් නිවැරදි සම්බන්ධතා හා Booking තොරතුරු ලබාදිය යුතුය. ව්යාජ ගිණුම්, වංචනික ඉල්ලීම්, අන් අය ලෙස පෙනී සිටීම සහ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු අයුතු ලෙස භාවිතය තහනම්ය.
හිමිකරුගේ වගකීම්
වාහනය කුලියට දීමට නීත්යනුකූල බලය, අදාළ ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම්, බලපත්ර, රක්ෂණ සහ ආරක්ෂිත තත්ත්වය හිමිකරු සතු විය යුතුය. මිල, ලබාගත හැකි බව, ධාරිතාව සහ කොන්දේසි නිවැරදිව පෙන්විය යුතුය.
Booking සහ මිල
Booking Request එක හිමිකරු අනුමත කරන තුරු Confirmed Booking එකක් නොවේ. දින, ස්ථාන, ඉන්ධන, කිලෝමීටර්, රියදුරු ගාස්තු, තැන්පතු හා අවසාන මිල කලින් තහවුරු කරන්න. “Call for Pricing” හි අවසාන මිල දෙපාර්ශ්වයම එකඟ විය යුතුය.
ගෙවීම් සහ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම්
RentHubMP විසින් සෘජුව භාර නොගත් ගෙවීම් හෝ Refund සහතික නොකරයි. අදාළ Booking & Cancellation Policy සහ හිමිකරු සමඟ එකඟ වූ කොන්දේසි බලපායි.
ආරක්ෂාව සහ නීතිය
රියදුරුට අවශ්ය වලංගු බලපත්ර තිබිය යුතුය. Safari සහ සතුන් සම්බන්ධ සේවාවලට අවශ්ය රජයේ අවසර තිබිය යුතු අතර වනජීවී නීති හා සත්ත්ව සුභසාධනය පිළිපැදිය යුතුය.
අවලංගු කිරීම් සහ අයිතිවාසිකම්
අවලංගු කිරීමක් හෝ ගැටලුවක් ඇති නම් අදාළ හිමිකරු සමඟ ඉක්මනින් සම්බන්ධ වන්න. ශ්රී ලංකාවේ නීතියෙන් ඉවත් කළ නොහැකි පාරිභෝගික අයිතිවාසිකම් මෙම නියමයන් මඟින් අහිමි නොවේ.
වෙනස්කම් සහ සම්බන්ධතා
ප්රතිපත්ති වෙනස් කළ විට නව දිනයක් සමඟ පළ කරනු ඇත. ගැටලු හෝ පැමිණිලි සඳහා renthubmp@gmail.com වෙත අදාළ Reference Number සමඟ ලියන්න.
වාහන හිමිකරුගේ දැන්වීම් ප්රතිපත්තිය
RentHubMP හි වාහන කුලී හා සංචාරක සේවා දැන්වීම් පළ කරන හිමිකරුවන්ට අදාළ අමතර කොන්දේසි.
හිමිකම හා වාහනයේ තත්ත්වය
ඔබට වාහනය කුලියට දීමට අයිතිය හෝ නීත්යනුකූල අවසර තිබිය යුතුය. වාහන අංකය, ඡායාරූප, මාදිලිය, වර්ෂය, ආසන, විශේෂාංග, අවශ්ය බලපත්ර හා රක්ෂණ විස්තර නිවැරදි විය යුතුය.
කුලී මිල සහ දැන්වීම
RentHubMP හි දැන්වීම් වාහන විකිණීමට නොව කුලියට දීමටය. දින/පැය/ගමන් ගාස්තු, දුර සීමා, ඉන්ධන, රියදුරු, තැන්පතු සහ අමතර ගාස්තු පැහැදිලි කරන්න. ව්යාජ ඡායාරූප හා වැරදි මිල තහනම්ය.
Booking වගකීම්
Booking අනුමත කිරීමට පෙර දිනයන් සහ ලබාගත හැකි බව පරීක්ෂා කරන්න. Pickup, හඳුනාගැනීම, ආරක්ෂාව සහ Return ගැන එකඟ වන්න. Manual Booking සැබෑ එකඟතාවකට අදාළ විය යුතුය.
Airport සහ Wedding සේවා
සුදුසු වාහන පමණක් සක්රීය කර මගී/ගමන් මලු ධාරිතාව, රියදුරු, බලාසිටීමේ ගාස්තු, සැරසිලි සහ ඇතුළත් සේවා කලින් පැහැදිලි කරන්න.
Safari සහ සංචාර
වනෝද්යානය, වාහනය, සංචාර කාලය, Pickup, Guide/Driver, ප්රවේශ පත්ර, ඉන්ධන සහ ඇතුළත්/නොඇතුළත් දේ පෙන්වන්න. වන සතුන් දැකීමට සහතික නොදෙන්න; නීති විරෝධී ක්රියා නොකරන්න.
ගැටලු හා පෞද්ගලිකත්වය
අවලංගු කිරීම් ඉක්මනින් දැනුම් දෙන්න. පාරිභෝගික දත්ත එකඟ වූ සේවාව සඳහා පමණක් භාවිත කරන්න. නීති විරෝධී හෝ නොමඟ යවන දැන්වීම් ඉවත් කිරීමට RentHubMPට හැකිය.

ඉල්ලීම සහ තහවුරු කිරීම
Booking Request එකක් යැවීමෙන් පමණක් වාහනය වෙන් නොවේ. හිමිකරු අනුමත කළ පසු පමණක් Booking එක තහවුරු වේ. හිමිකරු විසින් දමන Manual Booking එකත් සැබෑ එකඟතාවකට අදාළ විය යුතුය.
වැදගත් විස්තර
මුදල් ගෙවීමට පෙර දින, Pickup/Return ස්ථානය, රියදුරු, රියදුරු බලපත්ර, වාහනය, මගීන්, මිල, තැන්පතු සහ අමතර ගාස්තු තහවුරු කරන්න.
පාරිභෝගික අවලංගු කිරීම්
අවලංගු කිරීමට අවශ්ය නම් ඉක්මනින් හිමිකරුට දන්වන්න. ගාස්තු සහ Refund එකඟ වූ හිමිකරුගේ කොන්දේසි, ගෙවීම් සේවා නීති සහ පාරිභෝගික නීති අනුව වෙනස් වේ.
හිමිකරුගේ අවලංගු කිරීම
හිමිකරු වාහනය ලබා නොදුන්නොත් හෝ නොපැමිණියොත් සිදුවීම සටහන් කර නීත්යනුකූල Refund හෝ විකල්පය පිළිබඳ එකඟ වන්න. RentHubMP විසින් සෘජුව නොලැබූ මුදලක් ආපසු දීමට සහතික නොවේ.
විශේෂ සංචාර
Airport, Wedding සහ Safari සේවාවල බලාසිටීම, Guide, ප්රවේශ පත්ර, කාලගුණය, වනෝද්යාන සීමා, ඉන්ධන සහ ආපසු නොගෙවන තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව ගාස්තු කලින් තහවුරු කරන්න.
හානි, තැන්පතු සහ අයිතිවාසිකම්
හානි, Security Deposit, ප්රමාද වීම සහ කාලය දීර්ඝ කිරීම ගැන කලින් ලිඛිතව එකඟ වන්න. ගෙවීම් සාක්ෂි තබාගන්න. ශ්රී ලංකාවේ අනිවාර්ය නීතිමය අයිතිවාසිකම් පවතී.

හිමිකරුගේ නම, NIC, දුරකථන/WhatsApp අංක, වාහන විස්තර, ඡායාරූප, පාරිභෝගික නම, සම්බන්ධතා, Booking දිනයන් සහ ආරක්ෂක සටහන් රැස් විය හැකිය.
භාවිතය
වෙළෙඳපොළ ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම, දැන්වීම් සමාලෝචනය, හිමිකරු හඳුනාගැනීම, Booking සම්බන්ධ කිරීම, වංචා වැළැක්වීම සහ නීතිමය වගකීම් සඳහා දත්ත භාවිත වේ.
බෙදාගැනීම
සේවාව සැපයීමට අවශ්ය Booking තොරතුරු අදාළ Owner හා Customer අතර බෙදාගත හැක. WhatsApp, Hosting සහ Email සේවා දත්ත සැකසිය හැක. Ownerගේ NIC පොදු දැන්වීම්වල පෙන්වන්නේ නැහැ.
ආරක්ෂාව
දත්ත සඳහා අවසර ලත් පුද්ගලයන්ට පමණක් ප්රවේශය ලබාදීමට හා සුදුසු ආරක්ෂණ ක්රම යෙදීමට උත්සාහ කරමු. අන්තර්ජාල සේවාවක සියයට සියයක් ආරක්ෂාව සහතික කළ නොහැක.
රඳවාගැනීම සහ මකා දැමීම
මෙහෙයුම්, පැමිණිලි සහ නීතිමය අවශ්යතා සඳහා අවශ්ය කාලයට පමණක් තොරතුරු තබාගනු ඇත. අදාළ නීතිය යටතේ ප්රවේශය, නිවැරදි කිරීම හෝ මකා දැමීම ඉල්ලා සිටිය හැක; සමහර වාර්තා නීතියෙන් රඳවාගත යුතුය.

தளத்தின் பங்கு
RentHubMP சுயாதீன வாகன உரிமையாளர்களையும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களையும் இணைக்கிறது. வாகனத்தின் உரிமை, காப்பீடு மற்றும் சேவை வழங்குதல் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட உரிமையாளரின் பொறுப்பாகும். வேறு விதமாகக் கூறப்படாவிட்டால் வாடகை ஒப்பந்தம் உரிமையாளர் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கிடையே அமையும்.
சரியான விவரங்கள்
பயனர்கள் சரியான தொடர்பு மற்றும் முன்பதிவு விவரங்களை வழங்க வேண்டும். போலி கணக்குகள், தவறான கோரிக்கைகள், பிறர் பெயரில் செயல்படுதல் மற்றும் தனிப்பட்ட தகவலைத் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்துதல் தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
வாகன உரிமையாளரின் கடமைகள்
வாகனத்தை வாடகைக்கு விட சட்டபூர்வ அதிகாரம், தேவையான பதிவு, அனுமதி, காப்பீடு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பான நிலை இருக்க வேண்டும். விலை, கிடைக்கும் நாட்கள், கொள்ளளவு மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள் உண்மையாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
முன்பதிவும் கட்டணமும்
உரிமையாளர் ஏற்கும் வரை கோரிக்கை உறுதிசெய்யப்பட்ட முன்பதிவு அல்ல. தேதி, இடம், எரிபொருள், தூர வரம்பு, ஓட்டுநர் கட்டணம், முன்பணம் மற்றும் மொத்த விலையை முன்கூட்டியே ஒப்புக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். “Call for Pricing” விலை இரு தரப்பினரும் தீர்மானிக்க வேண்டும்.
செலுத்தல் மற்றும் பணத்தைத் திரும்பப்பெறுதல்
RentHubMP நேரடியாகப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளாத தொகை அல்லது Refund குறித்து உத்தரவாதம் தராது. முன்பதிவு/ரத்து கொள்கையும் உரிமையாளருடனான ஒப்பந்தமும் பொருந்தும்.
பாதுகாப்பும் சட்டமும்
வாகனத்தை ஓட்டச் சட்டப்படி தேவையான ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம் இருக்க வேண்டும். Safari மற்றும் விலங்கு தொடர்பான சேவைகளுக்கு தேவையான அனுமதிகள் பெற்று வனவிலங்கு சட்டங்கள், விலங்கு நல விதிகளைப் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
ரத்து, பிரச்சினைகள் மற்றும் உரிமைகள்
ரத்து அல்லது முரண்பாடு ஏற்பட்டால் உடனடியாக உரிமையாளரைத் தொடர்புகொள்ளவும். இலங்கைச் சட்டம் வழங்கும் மாற்ற முடியாத நுகர்வோர் உரிமைகளை இவ்விதிமுறைகள் நீக்காது.
மாற்றங்கள் மற்றும் தொடர்பு
கொள்கைகள் மாறும்போது திருத்தப்பட்ட தேதி வெளியிடப்படும். கேள்விகள் மற்றும் புகார்களுக்கு உரிய Reference Number உடன் renthubmp@gmail.com முகவரிக்கு எழுதவும்.
வாகன உரிமையாளர் விளம்பரக் கொள்கை
RentHubMP இல் வாகன வாடகை மற்றும் பயணச் சேவைகளை விளம்பரப்படுத்தும் உரிமையாளர்களுக்கான கூடுதல் நிபந்தனைகள்.
உரிமையும் வாகன நிலையும்
வாகனத்தை வாடகைக்கு வழங்க உரிமை அல்லது சட்டபூர்வ அனுமதி இருக்க வேண்டும். பதிவு எண், படங்கள், மாதிரி, ஆண்டு, இருக்கைகள், வசதிகள் மற்றும் தேவையான உரிமம்/காப்பீடு விவரங்கள் சரியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
வாடகை விலையும் விளம்பரமும்
இந்தத் தளம் வாகன விற்பனைக்கானதல்ல. நாள்/மணி/பயண விலை, தூர வரம்பு, எரிபொருள், ஓட்டுநர், முன்பணம் மற்றும் கூடுதல் கட்டணங்களைத் தெளிவுபடுத்துங்கள். போலிப் படங்கள் மற்றும் தவறான விலைகள் தடை.
முன்பதிவுப் பொறுப்புகள்
ஏற்பதற்கு முன் வாகனம் கிடைப்பதை உறுதிசெய்க. Pickup, அடையாளத் தேவைகள், பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் Return ஏற்பாடுகளை ஒப்புக்கொள்ளவும். Manual Booking உண்மையான ஒப்பந்தமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
விமான நிலையம் மற்றும் திருமண சேவைகள்
பொருத்தமான வாகனங்களை மட்டும் இயக்கி பயணிகள்/சுமை கொள்ளளவு, ஓட்டுநர், காத்திருப்புக் கட்டணம், அலங்காரம் மற்றும் சேர்க்கப்பட்ட சேவைகளை முன்கூட்டியே தெரிவிக்கவும்.
Safari மற்றும் சுற்றுலா
பூங்கா, வாகனம், பயண நேரம், Pickup, வழிகாட்டி/ஓட்டுநர், நுழைவுச்சீட்டு, எரிபொருள் மற்றும் சேர்க்கப்பட்ட/சேர்க்கப்படாத சேவைகளைத் தெரிவிக்கவும். விலங்குகளைக் காண உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்காதீர்கள்; சட்டவிரோத நடவடிக்கைகள் வேண்டாம்.
ரத்து மற்றும் தனியுரிமை
ரத்து செய்தால் விரைவாகத் தெரிவிக்கவும். வாடிக்கையாளர் தகவலை ஒப்புக்கொண்ட சேவைக்கு மட்டும் பயன்படுத்தவும். தவறான, பாதுகாப்பற்ற அல்லது சட்டவிரோத விளம்பரங்களை RentHubMP நீக்கலாம்.
முன்பதிவு மற்றும் ரத்துக் கொள்கை
முன்பதிவுக் கோரிக்கை, உறுதி, ரத்து, பணத் திருப்பல் மற்றும் பிரச்சினைத் தீர்வு பற்றிய தகவல்கள்.
கோரிக்கையும் உறுதிப்படுத்தலும்
கோரிக்கை அனுப்புவது மட்டுமே வாகனத்தை முன்பதிவு செய்ததாகாது. உரிமையாளர் ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட பிறகே அது உறுதி செய்யப்படும். உரிமையாளர் இடும் Manual Booking உண்மையான ஒப்பந்தத்துக்குரியதாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

வாடிக்கையாளர் ரத்து
ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டுமாயின் உடனே உரிமையாளரைத் தொடர்புகொள்ளுங்கள். கட்டணங்களும் Refund விதிகளும் முன்கூட்டியே தெரிவித்த உரிமையாளர் நிபந்தனைகள், கட்டணச் சேவை விதிகள் மற்றும் சட்ட உரிமைகளின் அடிப்படையில் மாறலாம்.
உரிமையாளர் ரத்து
ஒப்புக்கொண்ட வாகனம் வழங்கப்படாவிட்டால் நிகழ்வைப் பதிவுசெய்து சட்டப்படி Refund அல்லது மாற்று ஏற்பாட்டை ஒப்புக்கொள்ளவும். தளம் நேரடியாகக் கையாளாத தொகையைத் திருப்பித் தருவதாக உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்காது.

Airport, Wedding மற்றும் Safari சேவைகளின் காத்திருப்பு, வழிகாட்டி, நுழைவுச் சீட்டு, காலநிலை, பூங்கா கட்டுப்பாடுகள், எரிபொருள் மற்றும் திருப்பமுடியாத மூன்றாம் தரப்புக் கட்டணங்களை முன்கூட்டியே உறுதிசெய்யவும்.

சேகரிக்கும் தகவல்கள்

தளச் சேவை, விளம்பரச் சரிபார்ப்பு, உரிமையாளர் அடையாளம், முன்பதிவை ஒருங்கிணைத்தல், மோசடி தடுப்பு மற்றும் சட்டக் கடமைகளுக்காகத் தகவல்கள் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன.
பகிர்வு
சேவை வழங்கத் தேவையான முன்பதிவு தகவல்கள் தொடர்புடைய உரிமையாளர் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளரிடம் பகிரப்படலாம். WhatsApp, Hosting, Email வழங்குநர்கள் தரவைச் செயலாக்கலாம். உரிமையாளர் NIC பொதுவான விளம்பரத்தில் காட்டப்படாது.
பாதுகாப்பு
அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே அணுகலைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தவும் நியாயமான பாதுகாப்பு நடவடிக்கைகளைப் பின்பற்றவும் முயற்சிக்கிறோம். எந்த இணையச் சேவையும் முழுப் பாதுகாப்புக்கு உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்க முடியாது.
தக்கவைப்பும் நீக்கமும்
சேவை, புகார் மற்றும் சட்டத் தேவைக்குத் தேவையான காலம் மட்டுமே தகவல் வைக்கப்படும். சட்டப்படி அணுகல், திருத்தம் அல்லது நீக்கத்தைக் கோரலாம்; சில பதிவுகளை சட்டப்படி வைத்திருக்க வேண்டியிருக்கலாம்.
